Same day deliveries in the Montreal and surrounding areas (including Laval and the South Shore) are available if orders are placed before 10:00 a.m. EST at an additional fee. Otherwise, all orders placed after this time will be processed next business day. For orders to be shipped out of the province, the following rates apply:

During our busy Christmas season, we encourage you to please place your orders as early as possible in order to ensure best selections and timely delivery. To avoid delayed deliveries due to uncontrollable weather conditions, please choose an early delivery date.

We require the name, address, postal code and telephone number of the recipient. If the address is incorrect, the gift basket will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. Delivery charges will have to be re-applied for a second delivery attempt.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We make every attempt to meet the desired delivery date of the gift baskets; late shipments are not the responsibility of Finer Things Gift Baskets. No refund will be processed for late delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled once the gift basket has been sent out.
Gift baskets that are undeliverable after numerous attempts and are returned to us are non refundable and will become property of the purchaser.
